The recent efficiency profile for both the Hawks and Pacers is clearly all offense and no defense but this afternoon’s total into the 240s reflects that, sitting several points higher than the two previous meetings this season. When these teams met in January they reached only 224 and this is an awkward scheduling spot for the Pacers having played in Boston last night and now facing a seventh road game in the past eight games. Indiana has been held to 121 or fewer points in six of the past seven games including posting only 95 last night and this will be an unusual afternoon start game for an even shorter turnaround for the Pacers as a fatigued squad should be expected. Indiana has not seen a total priced in the 240s since mid-February and the past three games for Indiana at 240 or higher all played ‘under’. Atlanta has not played since Wednesday and the Hawks have played ‘under’ in three of the past four games. It is difficult to bank on the Hawks hitting its high averages with Trae Young and De’Andre Hunter both question marks this afternoon. Most of the ‘over’ success for Atlanta has been on the road while Indiana leans ‘under’ in road games.
