#572 Milwaukee Bucks -12 over Portland Trail Blazers 7:10 PM CT
In a high-profile game with the Lakers Thursday, Portland had a competitive showing, losing just 114-106. The Blazers shot 50 percent in that game but had 18 turnovers, falling to 11-22 on the season with just three road wins. The team’s previous three losses had all come by 20 or more points and this will be a difficult second-straight road game. Milwaukee should be sharp Saturday after a shocking home loss to the Nets on Thursday. That game followed-up tense division rivalry games to close to 2024 against the Bulls and Pacers and was the team’s second loss to Brooklyn this season. Milwaukee is 14-7 in the past 21 games and half of those wins have come by double-digit margins. Some of the recent losses for the Bucks have come with roster absences but Khris Middleton is expected to return Saturday as Milwaukee should be at full strength. Jerami Grant is expected to remain out for the Blazers to take the third leading scorer for Portland off the court. Look for Milwaukee to deliver a convincing result on Saturday.
