Houston is the seventh-worst defensive scoring team while Indiana is the third worst despite sitting at 7-6 for a decent start to the season. Indiana is also the #3 scoring offense in the NBA and has posted 118 or more points in each of the past four games. The Pacers are allowing over 39 percent on 3-point shots this season as Houston will have a path to stay in this game while the Rockets have allowed over 48 percent on field goals, fourth worst in the NBA.  The last meeting between these teams last March featured a total of 243.5, playing ‘under’ with 239 points scored and a high scoring contest should be expected in this pairing Friday night.
