#841 UW Milwaukee + 1 over Robert Morris 3 PM CT

The Horizon race is very tight with five teams between 13-4 and 12-6 with Robert Morris currently a half-game ahead of Milwaukee in second and third places respectively. Robert Morris won by two in Milwaukee in January in a game with some big swings while Robert Morris had 10 made 3-point shots at a great percentage. Milwaukee has six road wins in Horizon play and is on a strong 3-0 run since mid-February with three quality wins, including a double-digit road win at Youngstown State on Friday. 10 of 13 wins for Robert Morris have come by single-digit margins as this team is a few possessions away from being a middle-of-the-pack team. Turnovers and free throw shooting are problem spots in the numbers for the Colonials as the close-game success has been a surprise. The defense for Robert Morris has been good, but the numbers have been built through one of the more favorable schedules in the league. Home court hasn’t been overly meaningful in this conference with only 57 percent of home teams winning S/U. The Colonials did win at Cleveland State two weeks ago for a strong result, but they have also included home wins over Detroit and Green Bay on the current 5-0 run to boost the numbers. Milwaukee is the top rebounding team in the conference and is less reliant on 3-point success as the Panthers have the potential to even this series to stay in contention for the Horizon title.
